Can I access the ATP7 offline?

No. Currently a web-based service is necessary, but we are working on it.

Can I access ATP7 on different devices?

Yes. You can access ATP7 on mobile and desktop devices.

Can I cancel or adjust my subscription?

No. Subscriptions are generally fixed for the selected duration. However, if you have a special case, please reach out to us through the contact form – we’re happy to look into it.

Can I customize my preparation on specific topics?


Yes. ATP7 allows you to focus on specific ATPL subjects, so you can tailor your practice to your needs.

Can I extend my valid or already extended subscription?

Yes. If you purchase a new product yourself, a new account will be created for you. To extend your existing ATP7 subscription, please contact us via the contact form. We will manually extend your subscription to ensure your learning progress and statistics remain intact.

Can I track my perfomance and progress with ATP7?

shop.ATP7.de has a no-refund policy on the purchased subscriptions, as this is usual for software subscription services. Modifying the purchased subscription is only possible under special circumstances. Please contact our support regarding your issue.
